Although BinJin decided to have a private ceremony, the media continues to release unheard stories about the couple's wedding.
With this, the public was mesmerized by the dream like wedding of Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin back in 2022. From the star-studded guests to the jaw-dropping location of the ceremony.
Interestingly, fans saw the similarities between the wedding scenes of these two popular K-dramas and the celebrity couple's ceremony. This raised the question of whether the wedding scenes in "Queen of Tears" and "Lovely Runner" were inspired by the real-life ceremonies of the BinJin couple.
'Lovely Runner' Final Episode Sparks Buzz on Social Media
Amid the hype of the rom-com K-drama "Lovely Runner," viewers tuned in on the finale episode of the series, which featured the reunion between Im Sol, played by Kim Hye Yoon, and Ryu Sun Jae, portrayed by Byeon Woo Seok.
The scene led to a proposal, and the highlight of the episode was the couple's wedding.
Not only did "Lovely Runner" conclude the season with high ratings, but it also left viewers seeing the similarity of Im Sol and Ryu Sun Jae's wedding portrait with BinJin.
As seen in the photos shared by TVN, Kim Hye Yoon wore a beaded square neck dress with a long veil and low bun that made it look timeless.
The same goes for the groom, with Byeon Woo Seok spotted donning an all-white tuxedo, almost similar to Hyun Bin's wedding look.
Son Ye Jin's wedding dress was from Elie Saab's 2022 autumn/winter bridal collection, which retails around US$65,800.

Did 'Queen of Tears' Recreate BinJin's Wedding?
"Queen of Tears" not only showcased top stars Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Ji Won as lead stars but also their famous wedding scene.
Following the airing of the episode, viewers noticed the resemblance of the whole theme to Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin's wedding.

From the arc floral arrangement even to the newlyweds' outfit, it looked similar to the power couple.
Interestingly, various outlets shared that the scene from "Queen of Tears" was actually filmed at Aston House at the Grand Walkerhill Hotel in Gwangjang-dong, Seoul, where BinJin had their ceremony.
It is well-known for its luxurious outdoor wedding venue, showcasing the magnificent view of the Hangang River and the Achasan Mountain.
